Patrick Desamours
Founder and President of Leve Soval Foundation.
Health and education are essential elements for producing successful individuals and building robust communities. As a native of Haiti, Patrick understands how the lack of resources in rural communities impacts the advancement of its people. Patrick firmly believes that in order for change to happen in those communities, there must be a support system. This is where Leve Soval Foundation comes in. Patrick’s goal for the foundation is to build a platform to assist rural communities in Haiti and be that support system. Patrick has many years of experience in hospital medicine as a Physician Assistant and has an MBA from Louisiana State University Shreveport (LSUS).
Sherley Frais
Director of Finance for Leve Soval Foundation.
Sherley has 10 years’ experience as a pharmacist with extensive leadership and management experience. Sherley earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Florida Atlantic University, and doctor of pharmacy from University of Florida (UF).
Gerard Mercier
Gerard is the Secretary for Leve Soval Foundation. He has more than 20 years experience of project management and IT. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida International University (FIU). He is a member of the Central Florida Chapter of the Project Management Institute.
Ynive Saint-Val
Director of Events for Leve Soval Foundation.
Ynive has 7 years experience as a Flight Attendant and recently retired to be a stay home mom to take care of her first-born son.
Paul Robergeau
Director of Education and Social Services for Leve Soval Foundation.
Paul has a passion for education. He has dedicated many years in improving the social and scientific skills of young people wherever he found himself.
He currently works at Lee County School District office (Esol Department). He taught a range of subjects in Port-au-Prince, Haiti for 8 years ranging from Social Science to Mathematic.
He has a Master of Education in secondary Education at GCU (Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, Arizona); Bachelor in Legal Science, AA In Journalism, Leadership and Management; and AS in Business Law and Descriptive Statistics.
In his role as Director of Education and Social Services of LSF, he seeks to develop and maintain a sustainable system of education that will allow rural population in Haiti to enrich their lives and communities.
Dr. Samuel Kumah
Medical Director for Leve Soval Foundation.
A native of Tano-Dumasi, Ashanti, Ghana who is deeply aware of the lack of resources and its negative impact on community. With over 30 years of medical experience, Dr. Kumah is dedicated to improving the lives of people in rural communities.His commitment to service extends beyond medical practice. He has served as a deputy commander in the US Army and as a medical director in correctional medicine. Dr. Kumah approaches community service with honor and dignity.
Dr. Kumah holds a bachelor’s degree in human biology from the University of Science and Technology. He pursued his residency at Howard University, further enhancing his expertise in the field.Through his extensive knowledge and unwavering dedication, Dr. Kumah strives to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and the community as a whole.
Alvine Desamours
Director of Health at Leve Soval foundation.
Alvine is responsible for planning, mobilizing and overseeing medical mission trips. Alvine has participated in a medical mission trip to Haiti and is passionate about, and committed to, improving the health and wellbeing the poorest amongst us. She has many years experience in hospital medicine and leadership as a physician assistant.
Lynn Desamours
Director of Marketing and Public Relations of Leve Soval Foundation.
Lynn has a BS in public health from Ohio State University, and is currently working on her Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) at John Hopkins University with a concentration in international health systems. From an early age Lynn developed an interest in international health systems through her parents who immigrated from Haiti. Lynn wants to combine her natural drive and education to make a difference.
